Property Description

Hello all,

I'm concerned I may have misrepresented my property in my listing.

How would I describe my home, in which the entire top floor, with kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 BRs are private for the guests, and I reside on the bottom floor which is separate and closed off?

I have categorized is as "Residential Home, Entire Home/Apt".

There doesn't seem to be a more accurate way of describing it.  Any ideas?

@Gina1585 A place that is for guest use only and only accessible by the guest is an 'entire place', so you have it right. You've also done a good job of describing the set up in your listing description.

@Gina1585 Assuming that guests have a separate entrance and don't pass through your living space, I think it's correctly listed as "Entire Guest Suite."

@Gina1585  It's listed correctly. And you've done  a good job of describing the situation. But as guests often don't bother to read thoroughly, I would put prominently near the beginning of your description, "Please note: On-site host- we occupy the downstairs of the house in a separate unit."
