decisions around staging

We are in the process of staging an airbnb and would like to know which of these options would bring in more profit... We have 4 bedrooms, would it be best to put 4 beds or to make one of the rooms a game room or workspace?

@Morgan684 I recommend making one of the bedrooms a dedicated workspace but opt to have a daybed in there—kill 2 birds with one stone.
