Bonjour, une personne qui voulait me réserver un logement pour 3 semaines à préférer réserver un autre logement par un autre site, suite à un dysfonctionnement du site Airbnb, Connaissez vous un recours pour avoir un dédommagement ou ne serait-ce qu'éviter que ça se reproduise !
Voilà le suivi des échanges en dessous, vous imaginez bien que c'est un désagrément certain...
