Brain Date Invitation: Designing memorable and sharable experiences for your guests

Hi everyone

I've just posted an offer of a Brain Date on the Airbnb Open site.

We all want our guests to have the type of experiences that add significant value to their trips - whether as a guest in our home or on an Airbnb Trip.

During our brain date I'll share some insight and tips into designing the type of experiences that inspire positive reviews and more importantly, really enhance your guests' stay/vacation in a meaningful way.

How I learned about this

I'm an Airbnb Trip Host from Cape Town who has been involved in the design and delivery of visitor experiences in Cape Town for over a decade. Working for the official tourism body, a large part of my work centred on hosting international media and visiting VIPs. I have also organised and hosted a range of events and am passionate about the personalisation of guest/delegate/visitor experiences.
