Omg. It is like you are reading my mail! I usually send information and instructions before the guest arrives. But this is so much easier and everything’s very clear then. I did have an incident, mind you, where the fireplace automatically shut off and they did not know how to turn it back on and they felt it was too late to text me. I have them written in every premisses, and even with wifi cod in the beggining of rules, but guests alays ask for everthing from beggining.,,,,nobody read hem.
Now I started to send email like week before they come,,,, hopefully they read emails., I checked already in few cases if they read them, and they said " yes, we did ", so it works,maybe better.
Suggestion with application on phone is good idea, while they trawelling they might check them too as well.
