Me and my wife is going to live abroad (to work and doctoral studies) for around one year. We are looking for somebody to rent the full apartment for around 12/18 months. See the details! Included: water, cable tv, wifi, electricity ans taxes bills.
The date may be extended to more than two years. We depend on our stay abroad.
RENTAL PERIOD: from around June 2016 to October 2017. If required, the date can vary a little bit. Just for long term. At least for about a year!

LOCALIZATION
The appartament is located at a very good neighborhood, called Bigorrilho (it is known as Champagnat as well). It is just beside the city centre.
Few blocks from our home you can find everything you need: markets, pharmacies, gyms, bakery, bus stations etc. Near the apartment, there is a beautiful park (one of the most known of Curitiba) for those who like to do outdoor exercises. Two blocks from the apartment there are buses and bi-articulated (a type of surface 'metro/bus') that leads you to everywhere in the city.
If you go straight ahead in the street in front of the apartment, in around 20 minutes walking you will be in the city centre.
The neighbors are very quiet and helpful.
The place is very safe. The neighborhood is one of the safest (perhaps the safest) of the entire city.
Pets and smocking inside are not allowed.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment has 64m2 plus the garage space (total: 102m2). There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, one closet room, one kitchen, one living room, one laundry room and one pantry. There is a garage for one car as well.
- Bedroom 01: a double bed, a dressing table, two bedside table and a television (for using with chromecast). The room is decorated with classic furniture made of mass wood.
- Bedroom 02: a bookshelf, two beds (one is embedded in the other), a desk and two stools. The computer and guitars in the photo are not included.
- Closet room: two large wardrobes (well ventilated).
- Living room: a cabinet (like a glass cabinet), drawers and shelves, a table (it is flexible and it is for 4/6 persons) and a TV.
- Kitchen: kitchen cabinets, drawers, cutlery, pots, stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and two kitchen seats.
- Laundry room: a washer and dryer machine, a clothesline, a water filter.
- Pantry: shelves and a small shed.
- Community garden: If somebody which likes cooking and cultivating some plants, there is a community garden with more than 15 kinds of spices and herbs.
- Garage: for one car.
The apartment is located in the west side of the city and from our kitchen window you can see a beautiful sunset in the afternoon.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
All this included in the price: rent, government fees, water bill, cable tv, internet wifi, electricity bill and condominium account. The cable TV has the basic channels. If you rent movies or if you want a more complete package of services, we can settle the difference.
It will also be available: plates, cutlery, glasses, pans and basic kitchen utensils. In addition, a bedding and towels kit.
Everything will be there. Myself will pay the basic bills mentioned above. There is no need to worry about these things.
Breakfast and meals are not included.
RENTAL PERIOD: from June 2016 to October 2017.
