Improve and increase reserves and views. Advice and any help is really welcome.

Hi Airbnb's Community,
So I'm for some time in airbnb, not much .. but I have noticed that the views of my announcements are not many. And consequently the reservation requests will not too.
I'm not sure how I can improve. If I can give help, I appreciate. 
The house is rustic, is not exactly a new and modern apartment. But I not even like modern decor and the apartments are in perfect condition.
I always give my best to receive the guests and when I can't be present because I'm working, is always someone in my family that gets that as well as I ... But I think there may be tips on how to receive the guests that I didn't know. And I want to know them all 🙂
I think the photos have an acceptable quality, too.
But perhaps not the most appropriate or not in the right angle, etc .. I do not know ..  I appreciate all the help and advice you can give me 🙂
If you can take a look at the ads and give me suggestions also thank 🙂
