I was hoping somebody could help me with this situation: I had a cancelation (14 days before the arriving day) and received a message from airbnb informing me of that and saying that an adjust of -127€ was applied to my account. I don't really understand what this means, because the money usually appears in my account only when the guest arrives. Is it an automatic message, and the adjust was really not taken because there was nothing to take? Has this happened to anybody else?
