Potential guests should be ranked, i.e. for not responding

A potential guest ask for space, you give all information and other valuable tips, guest do not give any response....When acting as a guest I gave response to the hostess and received fantastic feedback just for advising them that I was not going to confirm the reservation, I think very few do this and we should promote it by ranking the potential guests....
