2 weeks Full Property and 2 Weeks House Share
I work away from home for 2 weeks each month. Is it possible to list the whole property for the 2 weeks I am working away and to let a room in my house for 2 weeks while I am at home?

I bet you could using this idea I seen another Host mention for seasonal dates.
2 Separate listings don't link calendars
Manually for each listing you load dates available according to your schedule and block unavailable dates. Don't accept room rentals when your out of town, this will encourage people to pay the room price for a whole house.

Hi @Marie8425
That sounds like a great idea and thanks for the answer.
I'm just starting out and am waiting on the local council to approve my short term property let application.
Hence, I've not got my property advertised yet but once I do, I'll be sure to have good luck at the calendar.

Hello @Tim4320,
Marie has shared some great suggestions. Have you had a chance to read her comment? In the meantime, I’m reaching out to some other experienced hosts to see if they can guide you through this process: @Guy991, @Karen4131, @Nash-Cottages-LLC0, @Elena4354 and @Joan2709.
Regards😊

Hi Paula,
You're a wee star for reaching out to other hosts with my question.
I have a fair few question actually but I think I'll search through the threads here first before I ask a question that's probably been asked a thousand times!
