Advice - Starting Airbnb in Westerville/Easton area in Columbus, Ohio

I recently bought a split level in the Easton/Westerville area in Columbus Ohio and I’m wanting to convert my basement into a 1 bedroom bnb with a kitchenette. Is that area in demand? Thanks for all your help!

Every area is in demand with airbnb. Just put it up. They will come. Aren't you in an university area? I am in an extremely rural market place but a couple of small schools are close by and get quiet a few parents in. As well I think you have wineries in that area? I get a lot of travelers here visiting locals sites and for the winery we uber them home!! Make it stinkin' cute and they will come!!
