Advice on my very first listing

Here is my very first listing. Could you please advise? it has been active for a few hours but no messages or bookings. Is that normal? Kind of getting a little anxious.

@Jackie-G0 I suspect you just need to be patient. That said a few thoughts

1) I would not allow commercial photography - Do you really want a porn movie made in your basement?

2) Honesty is great but I might be put off by the lack of parking on the property. It rather depends on what is normal/available for guests in your area.

3) Have you searched for properties near you to compare what you get vs price? I think you need to be 5-10% cheaper until your offering is proven by guests reviewing you.

What is supply and demand like for your sort of property in your location @Jackie-G0 

Many markets are oversaturated so it's unrealistic to expect bookings within a few hours of going live
