Start by checking short term rental regulations to see if you are eligible to host in New York @Asif89

Hi, Thanks for ur input.

How is this business model? what is the occupancy rate?

you would need to carry out your own market research to understand how much you can charge and how many days a year you are likely to let out at to see if it's likely to be profitable @Asif89

i don't know how do research ? is there anyone who can do it for me. thanks

I don't know - you could ask on your local host group and see if there is a cohost you could pay to do your local market research for you @Asif89

Personally I would never rely on research from a third party to make major business decisions such as whether to develop a short term rental business .

Particularly when it's easy enough to do your market research yourself as lots of software options you can buy that help you with the research and pricing .
