It can take up to 72hrs after publishing the listing for it to be visible to guests. This is intentional as there is alot more information you need to add after publishing:

Be sure to add your House Rules (you're missing some) and cancellation policy as well as a cleaning fee. Many Hosts don't do this and it leads to many "issues". Airbnb delays showing the listing for 24-72hours to enable the Host to finish setting up the listing properly. Go to every square (Airbnb calls them cards) on the left side of the Listing Editor/Your Space and click it. Areas for you to add information appear on the right panel. Don't forget to setup your Arrival Guide as well.
