Good day my name is Donald,I'm using a friend's account to reach out to you ,I'm not happy with airbnb moderators.at all please can you assist me or put me to someone who have above power to assist me cause it's not fair now I don't access to anything all is just nonsense cause no one is explaining anything ,I advertised my house and published it and all was good after some minutes it said account removed ,I must I appeal ,I did appeal the request some documents and pictures I send everything and afterwards the different person just said we have uphold our decision and I don't know what I did wrong and then I was kicked out of my account just like that without further explanation which was nonsense and I failed to understand.

what reason did they give you for not allowing you to set up a listing?

possible reasons includes 

- setting up duplicate listings 

- not passing criminal checks 

- association with someone banned from the platform
