Can you make your listing private for a time to offer to friends and family to book first?

Looking to have a soft open with our lake house and offer to friends and family first for bookings. Can you make your link private so that only those that have the link can book for a period of time?

@Marlee76 In a word - No. Also if you go too cheap for family and friends Airbnb may delete their reviews as being compromised. Finally why would you give Airbnb 20% of the cost if it is family and friends?

Hmmm. We have noticed that the last people on Earth that we want to book, collect from and understand what a real loss is when they don't show up - is our friends. Since they are friends it presents a real dilemma.
