Cannot access account information

Cannot access account information

Cannot access my messages, listing or calendar - all pages blank. Phone app no longer works and cannot be updated. How do I message my guests?

Sorry to hear you're having issues. I wondered if you could try these troubleshooting steps for me please to see if this helps: 

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account

Hi @Julie6619 

Go to the web version www.airbnb.com on a browser so long. This will allow you to send urgent messages, and then you'll have time to troubleshoot the app afterwards.

I tried but it kept changing to .co.uk so I still can't message or review or anything.

@Julie6619 it's terrible if your web and app are both affected. Have you tried Rebecca's advice above? It has helped for many people with a wide variety of technical issues in the past.
