Categorisation and change of pictures without knowledge

Hi there, I have only recently found out that my listing photographs, when viewed by a potential traveller, do not match what I see as a host.  For example I have a hot tub and it's the first.picture that potential travellers should see but instead they see a red sofa (a photo of the guest lounge) I have lost business because of this and was not aware of this at all.  Does anyone else have any issues like this and if so how did it get sorted?

Which listing is not showing the photos correctly? I see 3 listings attached to your profile. When searching as  a guest, I did see one of your listings and it does show a hot tub in the thumbnail?

When the Rooms category was started, Airbnb had a algorithm pick the cover photo (usually of a bedroom) instead of allowing the host to choose the cover photo. Many hosts were not aware of this was happening. To resolve, hosts had to delete the photo (be sure you have a backup photo stored on your phone or laptop). Then they were able to ensure the cover photo was of their choosing. Simply add the photo back in after doing this.
