You got the foundation down alright, should do well; a few tweaks may serve you well.

~On the outside photo, imagine a few trees showing color will give the setting a cozier feeling.

~One photo of each room will suffice, and also beware of wide-angle photos, they oftentimes tend to show too much at once, best to divide such a rich room (like the kitchen) using a few slices.

~More wall pictures be cool.

Love the loft room and stairs leading to it! Good luck.

P.S. I grew up in nearby Brentwood.

@Jatinder8 It's pretty bare-bones in there. You definitely need some throw rugs as well as artwork on the walls, or some other decoration.

You also need curtains on the windows!

You should also use the photo captions feature, so you can explain in the photos which room is which, and how the flow of the house works. Right now it's just a bunch of pictures of someone's house. Label each bedroom and say what size bed is in there.

Clean up the photos so you don't have as much repetition. Once you get curtains, take newer photos showing that you have them.

Use the narrative portion of the listing to describe the house in more detail, as well as to emphasize your house rules, guest capacity, etc.

Good luck.

Hi, Jatinder,

I looked through your images and have a couple of ideas. I'd install some visual things for the walls (framed art, mirrors, etc.) to bring some interest to the spaces. An easy-care house plant can make a room look more cozy. I'd also trim back the shrub that's at the front corner of the house. It's important to have the exterior look welcoming, so you may want to invest in some plants next spring.

I hope this was helpful. It's such a cute house!

Best of luck to you,
