Co-Host Opportunities in Outer Banks

I'm a Super Host managing my wife's Airbnb listing in Nags Head.  I've recently retired and have moved to the Outer Banks.  I'm interested in providing co-host services to other Airbnb hosts.  I would manage the listing, check-in, check-out, arranging cleaning and maintenance, etc.

Co-hosting is like any other business @Carl7228  do your market research to identify which hosts are your target market .

Then research and develop a marketing plan to help you reach your target market. You can then invest in marketing your business to your target market.

It's against the terms of this community to use it to promote commercial services such as cohosting by the way.

Tell me more about your listing.  Or is it listed yet on airbnb?  A few more questions:

1.  Is it your primary home or is it primarily a short stay rental?

2. Do you have a housekeeper to clean between stays?

3. Do you have a maintenance person who could be called if something needs attention.
