Critique my listing, Basil, Colorado

Hello All,

I would love a critique of my listing, having a bit of a slow start.  I launched this property January 1st of this year and have only had 3 bookings since then.  I am planning to have summer pics taken as soon as the snow melts here.  Thanks!
