Do you think it’s worth the price?

Hi @Christina1653 ,

Your place is really nice but the photos are sooo bad. Please invest in a professional photographer, it will really make a difference for your listing. Good luck.

@Christina1653  I think your description is way overdone with flowery language. I'd tone it down a bit. I was also confused by the mention of a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and then the mention of a kitchenette without a stove. Very confusing.

There are some typos in your photo captions. Also, when you're using 300 count sheets, you probably shouldn't mention that. Personally, I'm not picky, but that's not considered "plush" or a high thread count.

Also, the bathtub probably shouldn't be your first picture??

How does one have a memorable family vacation with a guest capacity of two?

I think bringing it back to basics would be helpful. I do think it's a bit overpriced at the moment. Maybe get some more reviews and then raise your price. You'll be better hosts after doing this for  a while, and reviews go a long way in guests' willingness to pay more. Good luck.
