Critique my listing , Dana, Maryland

Hello fellow hosts! My wife and I are new to Airbnb hosting and would like feedback on our listing. We are located in a rural part of the Eastern Shore of Maryland called Deal Island. Our listing is called the Blue Crab Bungalow.

Hi guys @Dana1350 , your place looks fantastic, I went over your listing and I guess you did good, it seems you have your calendar going great with the bookings and all, except in terms of the Carbon monoxide detector not required, and pardon me its my personal POV, I would go ahead and install one in my unit, there are plenty of cheap brands out there and you would not know if a guest or two would choose not to stay with you just because of this tiny detail missing out. Again its my POV, enjoy your work as I’m enjoying mine.
