@Domaine-Victoria0  with a quick glance I would say....wow fabulous...but you need pics esp of a Kitchen...short on time now but that's pretty glaring to me. Happy hosting

Hello @Domaine-Victoria0 and @Jenny

None of the three listings are appearing under your profil I'm afraid.  I would contact Customer service to try and obtain an explanation as to why they are not appearing on Airbnb

Let us know,

All the best

Joëlle

@Domaine-Victoria0 as @Clara116  and @Joelle43 mentioned unable to see your listings as and contact Airbnb customer service.

The photos that you have put up look inviting. I hope it gets sorted.

Hi Laurelle,

Thank you.

@Domaine-Victoria0 great to see that you are able to open up the listing. I have had a look. I love the pool photos. What an eye opener for promoting your accommodation.

As @Kia272 has mentioned, you need to go to your listing and add to all the details.

What I did notice was all the photos have the windows covered with the curtains. The reason for mentioning this, our photographer opened all the curtains to allow more light for the photos and it shows what the possible views are or how close it is to other buildings.

I hope this will help.

Hi @Domaine-Victoria0  It looks like you've missed out on using the entire description feature. It appears that you've only used the 500 character space, when there's a whole area to continue the description of your property, which is pretty important.

When you go in to edit your listing, there's an area called "Listing Description", which is what it appears that you've used.

Underneath that is an area called "The Space." That's where you describe in detail everything about your property. How the rooms are spaced in your house, where the bathrooms are relative to the bedrooms, basic information- maybe about using the resort features, what equipment you have in the kitchen, parking, and anything else you want guests to know. Don't worry about repetition because guests don't read. Chances are they missed one of the spots the information is in.

Also, if you plan on doing same-day turnovers, you may want to add extra time between check-out and check-in, as it's only 3 hours right now, and I doubt you could turnover and clean in that amount of time.

Otherwise, your property looks absolutely gorgeous. Describe it well, and make all of your rules crystal clear to guests. That's the best way to protect yourself and your property. Good luck.
