@Tricia4405 Is that price realistic? It seems way out of line with the other homes I see available.
It seems like there's a lot of clutter and personal items in the home. For example, the bedroom with the Raggedy Ann dolls? While those may suit your personal taste, they are simply something a guest will have to remove from the bed before sleeping. It kind of looks like you've just left for the weekend and you've left most of your personal stuff there.
The pictures need improvement, and you need to use the caption feature to explain to guests what they are looking at, and how the house flows. Where are the bathrooms relative to the bedrooms?
What's in the kitchen? Is there a dining table that will accommodate nine guests?
You've said very little about the house in your description, yet you talk about the back porch. There's no picture of the back porch.
Based on how it looks right now, I wouldn't rent, but that's just me. It's lack of appeal. At that price, I'd expect something much nicer. I understand that you're trying to capitalize on the football games, but it still has to be nice.
I'm not trying to be unkind, I'm trying to be helpful. If you do get a booking, and it comes with a not so great review, you'll have a hard time getting booked for the rest of the season. There's definitely room for improvement. Good luck.
