Critique my listing of the Little Cottage, Swalcliffe, North Oxfordshire

Any feedback welcome so we get this opportunity working for us. Is the price point right with no cleaning fee or are we better to have a cleaning fee and reduce our nightly fee.

Welcome any comments as you all have done this before and this is the 1st for us.

My first impressions.

I'd trim down the numbers of pictures. For example you have 6 pictures of the downstairs room and 5 of the bedroom. I'd choose the 3 best at most for each room. Maybe add 1-2 of the local attractions.

As someone that doesn't know where Swalcliffe is it might be useful to add in it's general location. eg edge of the Cotswolds in the description.

Do you actually provide accounts for 32" HDTV with Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Fire TV. If not this could be a little misleading.

You might want to adjust your minimum stay down to 3 nights to catch some long weekend stays at least until you get some reviews under your belt.

Price point wise you look good, maybe you could nudge it up a bit, but again maybe wait for some 5* reviews to come in.

All in all it looks pretty good to me. You've got a lovely place.

Hi James, thanks for this and I take onboard your comments. Really useful - I did not realise I could include local images on the listing.   We have assign accounts for free service BBC, ITV MORE 4 AND 5 but for premium ones like netflix they can use there own account. I will reword this as well.

There are several typos in your description and photo captions. You need to proof read carefully. And it's drawers, not draws. A lovely cottage, though.
