Deed or lease to host camper?

Hi, I’m considering buying a camper to host as an Airbnb. Would I be required to provide documentation of lease of my entire property from the owner or a copy of the owners deed, or would the title to the camper be all that’s necessary since thats the only place the guest would be staying?

Do please check with your local city or county planning and zoning department about this. They would advise you on all the important questions, get you set up with a business license and advise you of any local rules and regulations. For example, where we live, a camper is allowed on some STR platforms and others, buy local regulations. Where you are it may be quite different.
