Guest Reviews not editable or able to add a comment after publication?

A recent guest gave me 4* for cleanliness and as I am super paranoid about ensuring the place is spotless - without re-crimination (because we had great communication)  I asked her in an email what did she find that caused her to rate it at that - as I would like to know what was missed and how I could do better. 

 

She said : "oh i put it on 4? i meant 5. everything was clean and neat. i’ll check if i can change it!" and later..."i checked and i can’t change it anymore, i’m sorry for the mis-click!"

 

This obviously affects progress to superhost status - is there any way she can publically comment that was an error or ask Airbnb to change the rating?

She can publicly comment,  but honestly I would leave it - the odd 4 star on individual ratings isn't going to make much difference @Claire187 

 

Airbnb will not change the rating. They can remove the review but the rating will stay.

@Claire187 Only the overall rating counts toward Superhost status. Also the individual ratings are only displayed to 1 decimal place so you can get these back to 5.0 fairly quickly.
