A recent guest gave me 4* for cleanliness and as I am super paranoid about ensuring the place is spotless - without re-crimination (because we had great communication) I asked her in an email what did she find that caused her to rate it at that - as I would like to know what was missed and how I could do better.
She said : "oh i put it on 4? i meant 5. everything was clean and neat. i’ll check if i can change it!" and later..."i checked and i can’t change it anymore, i’m sorry for the mis-click!"
This obviously affects progress to superhost status - is there any way she can publically comment that was an error or ask Airbnb to change the rating?
