Looks good to me if I understand it correctly. I mean the entire house is being rented out to one group of people vs renting out each room separately to different individuals? 

The only thing I could suggest is maybe noting somewhere some places the house is close to. Places that come there to visit. Such as making highlights of of close tourist spots or major companies that people come to work for. Then mention the distance from the house to those places. I think this sometimes helps some people in deciding whether to book or not.

If you want to offer either the whole house or 1 bedroom, many do that but you have to set up separate listings and link the calendars.

Also Airbnb New Listing Discount is very helpful.

Hello, the link isn’t working for me but from the pictures, I recommend adding professional photos because the things are actually nice but not actually shown how nice it is from the picture.
