Guest extended-now has a credit

My current guest has extended his stay three times. This last one puts him over the 28 days which gives him a credit balance. Does Airbnb handle that credit by deducting from my credit card and credit to the guest’s. Or, do I manually issue a credit to the guest?

@Debra615 I didn't even know it worked this way - Are you sure it does?. The one thing you do NOT do is manually issue him a credit. As far as you are concerned tell the guest all money collection is dealt with by Airbnb. They will  take money from your next reservation or, more likely, from the guests next payment to you.
