Guest history

How do you see a guest history even when a previous host has not left a review? Also guest should always have a face frontal photo not a backside or something else!

@Daljit2  Airbnb does not currently require face photos to have an active profile. It's a frustration for a lot of hosts, especially now that whatever photo is there is obscured until a booking is confirmed.

It's not possible to see a guest's full transaction history; only public reviews are available to view. I'm pretty sure that as an experienced host, you already knew that...
