Have you guys noticed not as many bookings this year?

Any suggestions to get more bookings.  I try to keep my pricing below what the market calls for.   keep me posted and in the loop!  I'm not big on wifi at the place as its meant to get away from the electronics being its off-grid mountain home!  Enjoy your summer everyone!

@Dianna82 with many markets saturated and a  difficult economic situation the combination of higher supply and lower demand has had an effect on bookings. Interestingly ours are just about holding to last years levels but we are booking up very late and for shorter stays.

Agree. Too much competition and slow economy

@Dianna82 We have experienced dramatic drop off from 2022.  It began IMMEDIATELY after airbnb launched their new 'Summer Release 2022'.  Our views have dropped by over 30% on average per month; our bookings are down by 50% on average per month.  I feel the economy has 'some' impact, but I firmly believe that airbnb's attempts to 'revamp' their site have been catastrophic to established hosts.  Their search mechanisms have changed - their algorithms are different and it's hugely detrimental to hosts.  Saturation, as noted by others, has an impact as well but, again, I believe it was airbnb messing up a platform that worked almost flawlessly.
