Ive come into a situation where I may need to sell my Airbnb but I've still got reservations. How do I go forward?

@Ryan3177 We had to move into ours temporarily while we sold our primary residence and shopped for a new house. I had a one month booking that I let know about 2 months in advance and I recommended a different listing nearby that they booked instead. They were totally fine with it.
