@Helen3 My listing has been suspended 28 days already (i was told i d ve contacted in 48h by specialized team) and it has been 28days and no update at all.
I call airbnb and agent AND supervisors try to help me on the phone and as soon as they can or domt know the answer they just close my thread and bye bye. I need to start over explaining again from 0. I got many lies and false information but they dont care, they close the chat. I reported it to other supervisors and via feedback as well but... They don't seem to care much. In the meantime my listing 28days suspended. They only apologise and say they d contact me "soon" and agents closing chats ...thats it.
I wanted to report all this to any high management so really take actions with their employees and with ny situation. Thanks
