Hosting a property in Spain

Hey all , I host a few properties in Manchester and have been approached about co hosting a property in Spain.  Just wondering is any one else hosts properties in other countries and any advice to offer ?

I'm a cohost and personally I wouldn't cohost a listing in another country @Charlie551 

 

You won't have connections with local trades people or cleaners. You won't be familiar with any STR legislation, you won't be able to go to the listing if there are problems with the guests or the property are just some issues you may encounter .

 

Are you a fluent Spanish speaker ?
