I'm talking about when you are looking at all the availabilities before clicking on them. Some say the title of the home, the number of bed, and the price. Others like mine, say the city, name of home and "Free cancelations" then price. I would prefer it says the number of beds and how many it sleeps before even needing to click on it.

Airbnb controls what appears on the thumbnail photo subtitle. Hosts don't have the option to change this. Airbnb must have a criteria for listing free cancellation over number of beds on  a listing thumbnail. BTW... really love the snack station! Great idea! Especially the popcorn maker!

If though you didn't ask....😊

Title

I would suggest you put more about your amenities in the Title instead of the name of the property "Sandpipers Game House". I would put that in the description and put what top amenities you have in the Title like "Game Room" "Spacious" "BBQ" "Pets", etc. Do you have a fenced backyard? Guests traveling with pets and small children prefer a fenced yard. I would add a photo of all the family friendly amenities like pack n' play, high chair, kids dinnerware. Put them all together and take a photo; put kids dinnerware on the high chair and place the pack n' play next to high chair and take the photo. Does the fireplace work in the bedroom photo I saw?

Professional Photos

I think if you got professional photos done it would really help the listing visibility. The cost is minimal compared to the return on the investment and most can write of the cost of the photos as a business expense. Be sure to choose a photographer who is experienced with shooting Airbnbs. Suggest you put captions on every photo and state what guests can do or what amenity they can enjoy in the photo captions.

Thank you for your advice! I actually have someone coming to do professional photos in 2 days and I'm also working on photographing more this time. Thank you!
