How can I "silence" a comment?

We had guests that left a positive review  In the review, however, she mentions a bottle of wine and a beer that we gave her because there aw a problems ( off the record, it was an internet connectivity problem because the site was down).  Now I'm afraid guests may "find Problems

" to receive a free bottle of wine.  What to do?
