I have been a host for over 3 years - super host status, guest favorite with 5* average review. It appears my views have increased substantially but have never gone this long without a booking (over 2 months). When I signed in as a traveler I discovered my listing appears on page 10 of all listings with over 50 properties in other towns appearing before mine. Consequently by the time my listing appears. I'm ready to give up with airbnb as I don't understand why my listing appears so far in the listings and realize I will never achieve super host again with my lack of reservations. Thanks and I would appreciate any advise you may have.
@Sandy1018 from what I have seen success breeds success. So you need strong bookings to get to the top of the search listings. Of course you can't get bookings if not near the top so its a catch 22.
My advice is to edit the description, swap the photos around and comply with as many of the desired settings as you can swallow. So switch on instant book and move to a flexible cancellation policy. I think this will help you rise up the search placement.

I 100% second what @Mike-And-Jane0 says, focus on what the bot wants. Two more things that you can do to please it: buy a smoke and CO2 detector (you can buy one machine that does both and it's not expensive) so that those 2 amenities can be ticked; and turn on the photo tour (so that a photo of your bedroom appears on the front page). Do as much as possible of what looks like something they want you to do ... 😁
The best way to move up quickly: lower your price (even if it's just a custom promotion for a limited number of nights).

Your price is not out of line and some of these listings may be very different and not direct competition. But the best way to get among them quickly is by looking at their prices and working towards that. Hope it helps.

Updating your ad regularly tells all the computers something new. Change a photo, next time rephrase your ad.
Instabook Airbnb does promote. I turn om and off as needed. For me when om I do increase my notification days. I like to vet lol.

First....your place is so cute and wow...views and great yard! Already received some great advice. Some suggestions to improve the listing below. Airbnb has become much more competitive and Hosts have to "step up" their game in order to stay in the race.
Change Your Cover Photo
Your current one doesn't really tell much about your place. Suggest you change to this one for now:
Its a bit tilted, so if you can correct that it would help.
Get Professional Photos
Many of your photos are dark, tilted or blurry. The algorithm also gives points for high quality photos. It will be worth getting professional photos done and you can normally write off as a business expense. Airbnb (and other marketing data) show listings with professional photos average 20% more bookings. Unfortunately, you don't have professional photos and the current ones don't show off how great your place really is.
Put Captions on EVERY Photo
Guests need to know what they are looking at. The caption should say what the guests can do or enjoy in the space. For example, for the yard photos don't just say "yard". Say "large yard with plenty of space for your pets to run around and play."
Keep Your Listing Current
It looks like you haven't edited your listing in awhile? You are missing a lot of information in various sections and new features have been added that you aren't using. I would go to the Listing Editor and do some "housekeeping". Click every box on the left side (Airbnb calls them cards). Places to add information appear on the right side. Put something in every area on the right side. Airbnb gives "points" in the search rank algorithm for a complete listing and yours isn't complete. Several examples below, but there are are many sections missing. Look at other listings that are on the top 1-2 pages of search results in your area and see what they are doing in these sections of the listing and you'll get ideas on what you need to add:

Very important to let guests know what areas they are permitted to access since this is a shared property.

This is where you explain all the features of inside the listing
House Rules
2 new House Rules have been added by Airbnb: Quiet Hours and Commercial Photography Allowed. Your listing is missing these.

Neighborhood description and Getting Around are missing
Guest Safety
Missing lots of info here. You should be indicating must climb stairs, shares spaces (driveway/yard), heights without rails (loft), etc.
Where You'll Sleep Section
You are showing icons instead of actual pictures of the beds. To get photos to appear here, go to the Photos in the Living Area (since you have a studio) and add sleeping arrangements to the photos of the loft and sleeper couch. It's best to show a picture of the sleeper couch pulled out and made up as a bed. I would also get a better picture of the bed in the loft. Climb up and take a picture as a guest would see the bed when getting to the top of the ladder.
Amenities
Go through the ENTIRE list of amenities and make sure you have not only added every amenity you have, but also add the edits indicated by the pencil icons. You have to choose the (+) sign at the top and then choose ALL. For guest safety and your piece of mind, get a smoke detector installed as suggested. Buy a combo smoke/CO2 detector so you can check-off those in the amenities list. Even though you technically might not need a CO2 detector, just get the combo one just so you can add that to amenities. Every amenity counts towards algorithm points.
WiFi Speed
You should be showing the Wifi speed. Airbnb gives a callout for that. Inside the listing when logged in to the internet, go to Amenities/WiFi and there is a place to test the speed"
Dedicated Workspace
Your dedicated workspace is not in a separate room with a door, since you have a Studio:
Choose "public or shared space" and it will just show "Dedicated Workspace". Airbnb considers "in a room with a door" as in a separate room from the common area (like in a bedroom or den) where a guest can close the door and separate themselves from other areas of the home to have private work conversations and if doing a video call (Zoom).
Toilet Area
One guest mentioned you should enclose the toilet area for privacy or at least put a curtain around it.
