Moving into the Phoenix market

Hello, 

Hoping some people who are currently operating in the Phoenix market can give me some feedback and advice. I am from MN but have an interest in moving into the Phoenix market. I am experienced in the MN and WI market. My questions are primarily around service providers. I am already in some remote markets but I knew more about them before moving into them. 

So - are people having any difficulty finding cleaning crews and/or porters if you go that route? Are there established services with capacity. What do rates look like? 

How about both furnishing and listing setup (photos, etc.) - are there any established businesses for those things. I would be down there occasionally and would spend some time there to try getting it set up but would also likely need some help.
