@Susan3527  You can send attachments by sending the guest an email using the coded email address Airbnb assigns to guests. You'll find that by scrolling down to the left of your message stream with a guest in the guest's booking info. Make sure to let the guest know you've sent them an email with the attachment, because many people don't necessarily check their email regularly these days- they just text and use social media.
