My property is not getting listings anymore. What can I do?

Hi Theresa, I was having the same issue for a couple of months. 
I updated the photos and descriptions and added a 10% discount for weekly stays. I don’t know if that worked , but I did start getting bookings again.

Maybe it’s time for an update on your listing. Also, try running a promotion for a couple of weeks.

Your issue is the rating below 4.8 which is the Airbnb Standard Rating.  I can see it was that one Guest, now you have to combat that score.  Other reviews are good but yes ugly reviews happen to everyone.  

Okay Airbnb Search is not promoting 4.5 so you need to exercise some ways to put your listing in view again.

If you turn on Airbnb Instabook that can push your ad up.  It is something that can be turned on and off.  I set my notice usually higher so I have time to vet .

Airbnb Custom Promotions if you can do a 20% discount then Airbnb does like 4 free marketing things for you.

Also remember the Airbnb Computer is looking at dates updated.  Not every day haha but frequently make updates.

Also try for general internet traffic. Internet search engines do read the Airbnb Website often.  Airbnb Guidebooks photo captions and your ad sprinkle "Keywords".
