Optimize Title Something Like 

Peaceful Studio in Central Melbourne, FL - Perfect for Shopping, Parks & Easy Access to Highways

Description-- Mention nearby attractions, unique studio features, and why guests would love your location.

Amenities/ Highlight thoughtful touches like coffee or toiletries to stand out.

Reviews--- Encourage feedback with a personal welcome note or small gift.

Hi @Suset16 . I like your place and would love to rent it for my stay in FL (maybe sometime in the future). I think you should add a lot to your description, like @Waheed17  wrote about it. Also list all the amenities your place has, this is very important because guests are looking for things like a "king size bed". Do a photo tour, this will help your listing to be more positioned, add a description with amenities to each photo. Add discounts for longer stays when the period of promoting your offer as new ends. Be sure to add photos from the outside and more photos from the inside. Also write about nearby attractions, possibilities for spending time (golf club, city park). Add information about good places to eat, how to get to the apartment from the airport, nearby shops, distance and path to the beach. Good luck.
