NEWish and would like to gauge my experiences with some great dialogue amongst other host

I have had a great time being a host so far and providing activities for my guest but I would like to expand on how I attract the guest and what to offer so I am providing the best experiences and memories while also growing the revenue that my properties are receiving.  I am also thinking of trying other sites.

Hi @Lawrence272 ,

How is it going for you? Have you had any potential guest inquiries since the time you posted?

I also wanted to share these resources, which you may want to explore to attract more guests :

👉 These simple Host tools can help attract more guests

👉  The amenities guests want

👉 How to set up an effective listing page

I hope it helps you get a general idea about creating an effective experience for your guests!

Hello Bhumika,

I hope this is received in good health.  Great thanks for this information.  I have had another guest book since I have made this post.  I am reviewing the links you sent me, I greatly appreciate your help.

@Lawrence272

You need much better pictures. The ones you have now aren't doing you any favors. In several of them, the kitchen/other places look kind of messy. They are dark, and don't make anything look really good. Take new pics and use the captions for all of the pictures to explain the flow of the house.

Do NOT allows guests to get packages delivered. Don't allow them to use your address for mail delivery either. Your offer to forward packages will simply get messy and cost you money. Having mail delivered can help a guest establish residency for long stays, and you could get in a situation where you have to evict, depending on the laws in PA.

I would not offer this courier service either. What you're offering is at odds with your bargain price of $71/night? That is WAY too cheap and will only invite trouble. Cheap guests cause problems. Nix the laundry service as well.

Last question: How are you going to sleep six, with a king, queen and single bed?

Use the description area to explain how your home flows, and why guests will be comfortable there.

Good luck.

Great thanks,  I have a professional photographer coming this week for new photos.  I appreciate it a lot.

I also am consulting with the Owner/Primary host as this is new regarding the sleeping opportunities.  I made suggestions that you are echoing and I will show this to the owner, I believe she will understand better from a host with your credentials.

Thank you,
