thanks I check this and it's zero.
So will look into more details on how to promote the site.

thank you

Keep in mind if you are a new listing or have your calendar blocked....you won't see views as it tracks views for guests looking in the previous 90days for the dates shown:

Hi @Nancy2355

When I search Blyth, Ontario your house is on page one for 4 guests, flexible dates. It comes up in 6th position, so I think it's safe to assume that it's getting views. You should be seeing this in the statistics in future months as @Joan2709 has explained.

If you want to see views in almost-real-time, create a custom promotion for specific dates in the near future. It gives you a running total of the views of those dates and it's much easier to interpret. The views will show in your calendar pricing tab right by the custom promotion.

That is a great idea! Unfortunately, new listings aren't eligible for Custom Promotions, as Airbnb needs a 60-day median price to calculate. I have run into this myself when working with new Hosts.

It's probably better to just use the New Listing 20% discount and limit your calendar availability to 4-6 weeks until you get 3-5 bookings. Otherwise, guests will use that 20% discount over a holiday or high season dates that you don't want to use the 20% discount.

It also looks like the calendar is blocked until the end of April (or she has bookings)?

Why Custom Promotions Aren't Available for Certain Dates

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2719

"If we don’t have a 60-day median price for a date, it won’t be eligible for a promotion. The date must be:

  • Currently unblocked
  • Unblocked for 28 of the last 60 days
  • Less than 90 days away"

@Nancy2355 you could try lowering your price 20% lower than your competition to generate some bookings, then slowly raise it back up.

Aargh @Joan2709 , didn't know @Nancy2355 wouldn't be eligible yet!

But Nancy your listing is showing in good position, you should do well. Check whether the calendar availability is correct as Joan suggests.
