New listing critique

Hi all! I've just finished putting together our new listing and would love any feedback you can offer. I think I've done everything correctly, but am worried I'm missing some sort of formal step or legal requirement for getting this listed. Does anyone have any helpful articles for what to do to list an airbnb from scratch? First timer over here!

Your listing is not appearing in your guest profile yet so cannot offer any feedback I'm afraid.  It can take a few days if you have only just put it on Airbnb.  

Research as much as possible and there are some great videos on YouTube too.
