I an not super host anymore?

Hi support,

It is surprisibg to ne that you booted Me from Super host status. Everything has been flawless and well for years and then I had one guest who canceled and rebooked after check in time.  Because of ooor communication up until on her part and time difference / light saving time mistake on my part she was waiting for the code to Keybox for extra 25 minutes. She did not respond to my direct phone calls. I later that day sorted it out with Airbnb on the phone and I was promised this incident wouldn’t effect my supervisor status.

I haven’t rented out my space a lot since and now I see I’m no longer a super host. Can this be explained to me. Thank you in advance,

Best,

Mette

Hi @Mette96

You can track your Superhost performance in detail on your Superhost Progress page. There are 4 specific criteria, and if you meet all 4 goals you are automatically a Superhost- there's no judgement involved.

Go to Menu and select Superhost progress.

If you keep an eye on this page, you should return to Superhost again very soon.

I agree with Shelley, you have to look at your Superhost Status page.  Your total reviews right now are 4.85, if a bad review took you below the 4.8 standard which is possible because so close you will lose Superhost until you qualify again..

@Mette96

Another thing to look at is cancellation rate.  Mine was acknowledged wrong and my Superhost reinstated, 1 other Host I know was contacting Airbnb because error and I have had bookings no new cancellations but I noticed today my cancellation rate has increased.  Computers are not always correct.

Hi @Mette96

You can check your Superhost Progress under hosting tab and menu.

Airbnb evaluates hosts quarterly (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1) based on the following metrics

 Host at least 10 trips or 100 nights across 3 reservations in the past year.

Maintain a response rate of at least 90%, replying to messages within 24 hours.

Achieve a review rating of 4.8 or higher (calculated as the average of reviews over the past year).

Have a cancellation rate of 1% or lower, excluding extenuating circumstances.
