New pricing tool compares similar listings nearby

I am unable to access this in my phone and computer.  can you tell me why this is happening??? Is it working for others? 

Please let me know.  Customer service Reps are clueless  they cant help with this technical issue.

@Patricia2742 sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I suspect this is determined by data availability. How many days are you highlighting to try and get a comparison?

Sometimes ill

highlight a week or even 1 day.   I am wondering is this has anything to do with me using a PMS.  All I know is that I can never get a response from a CS rep.
