Since the middle of November I've stopped getting emails about new bookings or reminders of upcoming guest arrivals. These seem to be emails that used to come from automated@airbnb.com. I still get emails from express@airbnb.com so I know my email account is OK.
This is very inconvenient as I now have to log in to Airbnb everyday to check the inbox.
I've tried contacting Airbnb on several occasions but support seems to be virtually non-existent.
Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?
