Anyone know how to find the number of days hosted between two specific dates without having to add them up from the transaction page???? For two different listings?

@Emma655 we keep a spreadsheet for each of our properties monitoring prices and days stayed to make sure we achieve the 105 nights per year and, more importantly, that we are getting paid by Airbnb. You also need to add up Airbnb's host commission as you should report the gross rental you receive and the Airbnb 3.6% as an expense.

If you download the transactions between two dates you end up with a spreadsheet that you should be able to manipulate the data as needed.

Oh and you can average the nights across two properties so you may not need to split this out if you own both

Thank you so much for this. Do you get all the information from the website under transactions?
