Offering good deals to attract new guests

Hi everyone.

  I've had what I consider a pretty successful summer, hosting AIrbnb and will be "closing shop" for a few months at the end of September. Since I only have four nights booked, so far, in September I'm wanting to offer a really attractive "post summer" deal, but don't really know how to do it, how to make it known on the Airbnb website.

  Would love some insight and advice on this matter.

You could try using Special Promotions. Alot of hosts have found that successful. Here is an article on how to do that:

You can also add a note to the last line of your description that mentions your discounts/promotions...."Special Discounts in September and for longer stays - contact Host" or something similar.
